Human–AI Knowledge Base Development is a disciplined method for using AI and human judgement together to build, test and refine shared organisational knowledge.
AI can rapidly research, compare patterns, propose structures and generate candidate models. Humans provide context, interpret meaning, apply ethical judgement, validate assumptions at Gemba and remain accountable for what is accepted and acted upon.
The method develops organisational knowledge progressively through:
Candidate Stakeholders → Outcomes & KPIs → Value Propositions & Value Chain → Capabilities, Data & KPIs → Process Mapping → Gemba Validation → Learning, Reframing & Revision.
Every output remains candidate knowledge until tested against evidence, experience and operational reality. A coherent model is not automatically a correct one.
The entire cycle operates within Purpose, Ethics and Governance, ensuring that value, risk, consequence, ownership and accountability remain visible throughout.
Golden rule:
AI may generate at machine scale. Humans can only validate at human scale.
