Consequence

Every action leads to consequences, whether planned or not. These results show how individuals, organisations, and systems react to decisions and actions.

They serve as feedback, essential for learning, adapting, and improving. Instead of simply seeing consequences as success or failure, adaptive organisations treat them as evidence. By analysing outcomes, reflecting on experiences, and modifying future steps, they stay aligned with reality.

Without consequences, there is no valuable feedback, and without feedback, learning cannot occur.
