An artefact must be sufficiently coherent, credible and understandable to establish fluency and invite serious engagement, but deliberately incomplete enough to remain challengeable. It should make its assumptions visible, avoid prescribing answers, and enable people at Gemba to correct, extend or reject the model based on lived reality.
Gemba-ready does not mean ready for approval. It means ready to encounter reality.
