Prefabricated Architecture is an approach to developing organisational architecture from reusable, integrated models of established good practice, rather than repeatedly designing the same foundational structures from scratch.

Prefabricated Architecture and Kanban Architecture.

A reusable, integrated architectural base, together with the Human–AI Knowledge Base Guideline and an organisation-specific AI query, provides the context for AI to generate a candidate integrated repository. Candidate architectural views are then progressively surfaced through Kanban Architecture and taken to Gemba for validation. The resulting learning is reconciled into the governed repository and used to regenerate the architectural knowledge base.
